Lindsay Lohan may have a messy track record, but you have to admit that she certainly has great style. The 28-year old actress began expressing her interest in fashion as a young adult and has evolved her personal style beautifully throughout her career. Did you happen to catch her docu-series on the OWN network earlier this year?
Every box or closet of clothing was full of stylish finds and high end pieces — plus, her Instagram page is basically a digital fashion shoot.According to Page Six, Lindsay’s younger brother, Michael, is developing an app to raise money for Vigme, a social shopping community, that will basically allow you to shop Lindsay’s virtual closet. According to Lohan, you can browse items that LiLo owns and literally purchase them on the spot. The app is reportedly backed by some very legitimate advisers, including media tycoon Arianna Huffington, TV executive Donny Deutsch, and financial expert Matthew Mellon.
Proceeds from the app purchases can either go to the participant (in this case, Lindsay) or be donated to charity. There is no word yet on when the app will launch.
Despite Lindsay’s many questionable decisions, I do think that she is finally on a more positive path. She is reportedly moving to London to make her debut on the legendary West Wend theater circuit and has been spotted throughout Europe for seemingly harmless party appearances. This app might be another profitable step in her path to winning back the stardom she originally attained for her talent and beauty. I’ll always be Team Lindsay, so I’m rooting for my girl!
